Hosana (little chief) by Graham Wallington

We’re thrilled to announce that the Djuma Cam is officially back online—and better than ever!

A heartfelt thank you goes out to Will and Simon Coetzee (aka the Tech Bros) for their tireless work getting the camera, audio, and server systems up and running—and monkey-proofed! We’re also deeply grateful to the Zoomies, led by the ever-dedicated Sue, for the endless hours of behind-the-scenes testing and fine-tuning to get everything just right. And of course, Graham Wallington, thank you for your crucial help setting it all up.

To our incredible Djuma community: thank you for your patience over the past month—and for your unwavering support over the past 27 years. None of this would be possible without you.

This moment marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. We’re cooking up some amazing ideas that will give you even more ways to connect with the remarkable animals who call Djuma home. To celebrate this “rebirth” of the Djuma Cam, we invite you to visit our shop at shop.djuma.com—where we’re launching a beautiful line of merchandise featuring some of our most iconic leopard friends. First up: Hosana, the beloved “Little Chief” who grew up under the watchful eye of the Djuma Cam.

But that’s not all…

Later this year—likely in September and October—we’ll be hosting a handful of exclusive expeditions to Djuma itself. As many of you know, Djuma is no longer a commercial lodge, and these very limited visits will be a rare chance to experience the magic of Djuma in person and see the wildlife you’ve come to know and love through the lens.

Want to be first in line for these? Head over to djuma.com and subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss out.

From all of us here on the Djuma Cam Team—welcome back. We can’t wait to share this next wild chapter with you.
